One of my favorite local places to grab a quick lunch is Blue Sky Kitchen. Located in downtown Augusta, this restaurant offers a variety of choices from Cuban sandwiches and Korean beef to their signature Redneck Stir Fry. I love that all of their food is always fresh! The last time I was there for lunch, I ordered a veggie sandwich that had avocados on it-well, they were out of avocados. They insisted that they run down to their other restaurant, Nacho Mama’s and get me some for my sandwich. I have always had great food and service when I go there! It is such a great place to sit outside and enjoy downtown on a nice day in Augusta.
